was incorporated in 1988 by sisters Donna Dobo and Sharon Edelmeier, who began designing a line of play capes for their own preschoolers.

But capes were just the beginning! It wasn’t long before families, preschools, daycares, play therapists and other child-centred businesses were stocking their dressup boxes with Just Imagine’s fantastic dramatic playwear. Just Imagine’s first retail store opened in 1990, and now costumes are being shipped around the world.

In 2005 Donna expanded to a gorgeous new custom designed space complete with a performance stage and vintage theatre seating.
